The Company’s management / key personnel team has extensive experience in the mining industry and, in particular, with publicly traded junior mineral exploration companies.

Lori McClenahan, Director, President, and CEO of the Company, has extensive legal, financing and administrative experience with junior resource companies.  Ms. McClenahan was formerly a stockbroker and a corporate finance associate with C.M. Oliver & Company Limited.

Murry Braucht, Director and Vice President of the Company, brings over 30 years of business and corporate experience to the Company from his background in the oil and gas industry.  Mr. Braucht has been instrumental in bringing opportunities and financings to the Company.

Kulwant Sandher, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has over 19 years of international financial management experience in both the public and private company sectors.

Lloyd Brewer, Exploration Manager and Director, brings more than 30 years of international experience in mineral exploration to the company, and has been involved with St. Elias since it’s inception in 1995.

Tina Whyte, Corporate Secretary and Director, has over 20 years experience in the corporate securities industry, primarily in mining and resource development. Her expertise extends to continuous disclosure and corporate governance-related matters.

Paul McDonald, Director, brings to St. Elias over 40 years of diverse and valuable experience in financing and development of growth companies in the resource sector. He was previously VP of the Montreal Stock Exchange and has had numerous appointments to corporate boards.  He has a law degree from McGill University.

Donald Bastien, Director, is Senior Vice-President and General Manager of CTV Montreal. He oversees all operations of CTV Montréal, including news, programming, sales, marketing, community relations, operations and administration.
